At Stillwater Clothing Co., every item is made to order. As a new company, we’ve chosen to produce products only as they’re ordered rather than manufacturing in bulk. This means your piece is created specifically for you once your order is placed, allowing us to keep things intentional and focus on quality over quantity.

Because of this, we stand behind every order. If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, we’ll gladly offer a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

As a made-to-order brand, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

• Incorrect sizing selections
• Buyer’s remorse
• Orders delayed or lost due to an incorrectly entered shipping address

To be eligible for a replacement or refund, any issues must be reported within 14 days of delivery along with clear photos of the item and the issue experienced.
